Mazer signed Circa 1940's (with patent No. 2.143.58) looping bow dress clip and brooch duette with brillant clear chatons and baguettes.  Has connecting bar.  Very versatile. Can be worn as a dress clip, remove the bar and have two disconnected bow clips, or wear it as a brooch. 

Measurements:  Entire piece: 2 1/2" wide, 1 1/2" long, Individual dress clip 1 1/4 wide.
