DeLizza and Elster a/k/a Juliana (never seen before) clear navette, chaton and dangling crystal brooch.  True Juliana collectors will recognize the characteristics.  It has all the components including the rivets to suspend the dangles, wire over elements, scrolled hearts as well as the dimensional and pin construction.  All stones are prong set.
