DeLizza and Elster a/k/a Juliana Tiered Neon Geometric Brooch and Earring Demi Parure. 

Brooch: This round brooch is extremely hard to find. Dramatic tiered brooch encased with prong set red azalea tourmaline watermelon rivoli art glass stone surrounded by hyacinth, forest green, Capri blue, Colorado topaz and fuchsia chatons, baguettes and navettes. Some stones are prong set and others are glued in. Set in high quality gunmetal (japanned) which allows the neon colors to really pop. 

Earrings: The earrings mimic the brooch. 

Measurements: 2 1/2" long, 2 1/4" wide, 1/4" profile
Earrings: 1 1/2" long, 1" wide

In pristine condition. All chatons, baguettes and navettes are present and brilliant. No scratches, dings, flea bites or damage of any kind to the rivoli art glass stone. All prongs are present and secure. All glued in stones are tight and secure. Pin straight. Closure tight and secure. Clip ons are tight and secure.

As you will see with all pieces featured by both authors they were unable to locate this round brooch in all of the collections photographed. The earrings are not featured either.
